Open Bargaining

Summary
Bargaining should be public - no backroom deals, no surprise TAs.
Specifically: - All bargaining meetings should be held in such a way that all members are able to attend - No meetings should be held in private or with some subset of the bargaining team and the UC's bargaining team - No agreements that are lesser than the majority-approved bargaining platform should be made without an additional statewide vote of the membership

Precedent
- We have done open bargaining before
- It's super normal to do
- We just had a strike with very low turnout in part bc there was no way for membership to be involved
- open bargaining strengthens our bargaining position by
- giving people a way to be directly involved in the process
- removing the perception by UC that they can just win over the smaller bargaining team so they stall for time and give us a shit deal
- giving the bargaining team morale boost/harming morale of UC's bargaining team bc we will show up in numbers and hiss at them
