- Presentation: Overview and updates from our UC Divest reps
- Review consensus decision-making and community norms, discuss any updates
- Group discussion: What are our core values as a caucus? (30 min)
SNACKS
MID-MORNING
- Group discussion: What are the key lessons we’ve learned from the past year and a half of organizing as a caucus? (30 min)
- Post-its activity and group discussion: What are our caucus’s goals for (1) upcoming contract negotiations and our next contract, and (2) our other organizing, including Palestine solidarity organizing? (45 min)
LUNCH
AFTERNOON SESSION
- Goal-setting for the coming year(s)
- Facilitated overview of pre-lunch goals discussion (10 min)
- Group discussion: How do we achieve these goals? Guiding questions: (1 hour)
- How do we effectively pressure the UC?
- How do we work with and against leadership to achieve our goals?
- How do we grow and retain new members as a caucus?
- How do we manage our internal capacity and ensure work is fairly distributed?
- Training: Security culture (Jonny) (20 min)

GROUP WORKSHOPS

- Breakout groups: What are your group’s plans for this year (in alignment with full caucus plans)? What do you need to make these plans possible? (45 min)
- Frontlines (security, self-defense, delivery pickets, etc.)
- Propaganda (emails, social media, toolkits and resources, art and design, etc.)
- External outreach (building/maintaining connections with undergrads, faculty, other unions, aligned orgs, etc.)
